How long is Lindsay Lohan in jail?
I don't really keep up with celebrity gossip but I was recently talking to my boyfriend about Lilo because he use to think she was pretty and now is skanky. Anyway, we were talking about her jail time and he said he heard she was only suppose to be in jail for 9 months. Today I just saw a glimpse of a headline on Google news (and I can't find that article now) that said she would only have to spend 9 DAYS in jail. Just curious if anybody knows...

LOL. It's actually 90 days, but it was shortened to 15 days due to "overcrowding" at the jail...

She was sentenced to 90 days.
Even a normal person would often be able to serve only a few weeks of that - if they behaved themselves.
There are some rumors now that if she behaves she might end up serving only 9 days, as the prison is over populated and the extra trouble it is to have her there.

well at first they said 90 days. but since she is a celebrity and is getting special treatment, and is doing good, they will probably only make it 2 wks
