Is 131 a normal weight for a fifteen year old girl? If it isn't, please tell me the target weight I should get down to, I'm pretty short, around 5'3 and I come from a family of biiiig bones. Haha. Thanks!

im 5'3 and i jump from 130 to 135. its not the WIEGHT. alot of stuff has to do with if u exercise as well. but right now ur perfect!

Don't worry, you're perfectly fine! Actually for a person of your height, your target weight is around 139 pounds so nothing is wrong with what you weigh.
