Fetishes sexual and non-sexual are completely normal. Yes, you have a shaving fetish. Do you have to look at it that way? No. You could just simply say "I like shaved women and shaving turns me on." It's all in how you look at it.

It's a fetish. But that doesn't make you weird or crazy or perverted.
All that is important when you realize you have a fetish, is try and keep it in a healthy place in your life and sexual expression. A fetish only becomes really problematic when it completely dominates ALL your sexual activities and interests.
If you find yourself ONLY able to masturbate to pictures or thoughts of shaving, then you've taken it too far and should exercise some control to keep your sexual interests a bit varied and inclusive. Fetishes can be fun, but when they become obsessive fixations, then they can become isolating and uncomfortable for your partner.
