I'd say that older women probably orgasm faster or more often than younger women, because they've had more chances to figure out what they like. Also, that increases the chances of their having been with their partner for some time, which helps because it means their partner knows exactly what to do.
It's the opposite for men; teenage boys tend to be rather quick on the draw. However, it really does vary depending on the individual. Some men are always quick, some take forever right from their teens.
