am i losing weight?

how much weight do you usually need to lose to actually notice it. Friends have noticed on me and say my face is skinnier but how much weight do i need to lose for my clothes to start becoming loose? Im 5'7, female and the last time i weighed myself i was 165 but its been about a month of eating healthy. I just dont want to step on the scale and be let down so let me know thnks!

if your friends say that you are sKinier than you nave probably lost weight! can you tell on yourself like your stomach and StUff? don't be scared just go for it and weigh yourself iM sure you've lost if you've been working at it!
