Convert JPEG files in Editable formats.
I have some JPEG files its contains texts but I want to edit some information on it.
So I want to convert it in Doc. Files.
How can I Do this without Download any software.

You cannot edit the texts on the images like that. You would need an image editor, such as Photoshop, GIMP, Paint.NET, Photoscape, etc.
For a beginner who had never edit an image before, I suggest you try out Photoscape or Paint.NET if you wish to accomplish this, because both of them are fairly simple to use, and probably won't take more than about 15 minutes to learn your ways around.
