Should We Be Friends or More?
Ok well i like this guy...lets call him Kadin. and we are friends like we talk on facebook and go to parties. not together but we talk there. and he is really popular with girls like not as they like him but he has a lot a girls as friends and he is just so cute...and he is super nice that its so hrd to tell if he likes me or not..i just want to know if i should ask him out or not?

Why not? If you like him there is no reason why you shouldn't ask him out. Try doing a group thing first so it's not as awkward. Then try a double date or something, without actually calling it that.
If he seems interested, then ask him out just the two of you. You will never know until you ask!
