Walk at least 10 minutes every day. You can switch between jogging and walking every other minute if you feel like a little more of a challenge.
Having a strong core will help keep excess fat from accumulating. Situps, etc. can help you develop fat-burning muscles and will prevent fat deposits in the future.
Drink plenty of water. Staying hydrated will help you maintain a healthy weight.
Skipping meals is deadly and can make your weight gain and loss unstable. Not eating will not make you lose weight. You need to eat. Eat six light meals a day instead of three heavy ones. [ maxgrey's advice column | Ask maxgrey A Question ]
