I'm 5'3, female, 175 pounds and my bra size is DD, I want to lose weight but i've heard a lot of people say that the first thing you'll lose is your boobs. I have a very curvy figure (I have big hips + small waist) but I want a flat stomach and smaller legs. How can I do this? How often will I need to swim in order to actually lose weight? Running in place? I love dancing. My friend told me if I swerve my hips like a belly dancer I can lose weight? Is there any dance videos I can watch? I'm kinda desperate to lose weight in the least amount of time as possible. Thanks in advance :)
