Stretching

Question Posted Wednesday June 30 2010, 11:20 am

Hi so I'm a cheerleader/gymnast. I am flexible enough to do a scorpian and almost a heel stretch. I need some stretches I can do to make my stunting better and to help me with my flexiblity. If any one knows anything I can do so I can become more flexible that would be great. Also how do you pull your scorpians? I have a weird way I grab my feet and I need help on how to grab it quicker. (if you don't know the answer to that it's ok.) also if you answer I'll rate but I need everyones oppinion so if I have already rated someone please still answer and I'll rate yours too!!! Thanks in advance to everyone! :)
