Shoe Quality?

Question Posted Monday June 28 2010, 7:52 pm

Well i got my pair of Reebok EasyTone, and you hear great reviews form it and all and segments on TV shoes, but on the tag it says made in Vietnam! I am Vietnamese but it's a pretty poor place. Do you think the shoes are really worth what they're made of?

Nowadays, the majority of companies have their products made abroad. The labour is much, much cheaper, meaning the company can make a bigger profit. Alot of those workers are horribly exploited but I did a quick bit of research and it seems that Reebok are an ethical company, which means they treat their labourers fairly.

The quality of the shoes is unlikely to be compromised but like all products of this kind, they're likely to cost more than they're worth.
