Difference between bikini zone & vaginal area

Question Posted Monday June 28 2010, 6:30 pm

Ok so I hate having pubic hair lol it's just a personal preferance thing...so usually I shave it but I can't shave it every day and it grows back uncomfortably. So yeah, I bought this stuff called "Nair hair remover" because it sounds like it would be easier then shaving. I was reading the instructions and it said it can be used on the 'bikini area' but not around the 'vaginal area'. I'm so confused, I always thought they were the same thing o.o also, it seems to be SO specific about how you can't leave any part of this stuff on your skin...what will happen if I do on accident? I'm kind of too intimidated to use this stuff just yet...anyways, thanks!

Don't put Nair on your labia. That's what they mean by 'vaginal area'. You can put it on your pubic area, but don't put it anywhere below that, because it will be in contact with very sensitive skin, and it will burn like nothing else. So basically, you'd have to shave the underside of you anyhow.

Whatever you do, make sure you don't leave it on for a long time. Wash yourself with soap and water a few times to make sure there's no residue. It doesn't just dry out your skin, it burns if you leave it too long. If you have any open wounds (like razor cuts or chafing) don't use it, because it will hurt. A lot.

Personally, I don't like the stuff. I find that it's a lot of stink and mess and it doesn't work very well for me.

Don't worry. It is nothing to worry about at all! :) all it is is a hair remover cream... Like veet. They both are just creams that you put on any hair u dnt want and it goes onto your hair pores an dissolves what is keeping the hair there. I haved used both before fir my legs, under arms, and pubic hair. It's alot easier then shaving. I enjoy veet a little more because it's very smooth and doesn't dry out my skin at all. But that is also just my preference. The reason it says not to leave on skin is because it can dry your skin out quickley. Also will remove any hair it touches so you don't want to touch your hair on your head while having any cream on your hands. Just apply the cream and leave it for the instructed amount of time and wash off. I suggest putting it on then when it's time to wash off get in the shower. This way you will be sure to have it all off your skin. After that make sure u wash any part it touched with soap so it won't make your skin smell like the cream. To answer your question about the vaginal area... It is basically saying don't let it get inside of your vagina. I would suggest you put it on the top of your vagina but if you put it on the "flaps" be careful not to let it get into your organ. That's all it's basically saying... I really hope this helps you!!! :) if you need anything else just inbox me! :)
