Whenever I go out, people stare at me. I have no idea why, I mean I dress normal and that sort of thing. And then I get self conscious and have to check and make sure I don't have something on my face or whatever, but I never do, is this normal? Does everyone get stared at? Like sometimes people don't take there eyes off me. They aren't glaring but they just keep glancing at me. It just makes me really self conscious when they do this.
Sure, I still feel a bit nervous sometimes but I know I'm not the focus of everyone's attention. Now when I notice a person looking at me, I try to convince myself that they're looking for a good reason.
If you can't seem to get past it, I'd suggest you visit your doctor just to make sure nothing serious is going on. Paranoia can take over your life if you don't keep it in check. [ rainbowcherrie's advice column | Ask rainbowcherrie A Question ]
