I want to wipe out my laptop and start over

basically i wont to wipe clean my laptop like its new but i dont know how with out the disc thig that comes with it

Not sure how to fully wipe out the hard drive but here are a few things you could try..

START-ALL PROGRAMS-SYSTEM TOOLS-ACCESSORIES- DISK DEFRAGMENTER


You could also restore your computer (If it is running extremely slow and has a possible virus) by Start-All Programs-Accessories-System Restore
