Where do i find a good cheap theropist?
I live in Hampshire, England, United Kingdom. and i want a theropist who is cheap and who is female. please reccomed some. :)

I use BACP to find a therapist, they are all private and cost from around £25 - £40 per session.
It's a good website because you can find the therapist that is right for you, ie someone who specialises in anxiety, eating disprders ect
In my personal opinion, I have preferred the therapists i have found privately to NHS ones, but I would never rule out speaking to my GP first.
Your GP will be able to refer you to someone, but if you are wanting to go private then BACP has been the best for myself.

The best thing to do would be to go to your doctor and get a referral.
They can either refer you to an NHS therapist, who would be free or if you have private cover such as BUPA, they can refer you to a private therapist.
Alternatively, if you'd rather skip the NHS/private referral and pay yourself, I found plenty of listings by Googling 'Hampshire therapists'.
