How long do you think it would take to start seeing results of working out?

Is it possible to see slight toning results in two weeks if I speed walk on the treadmill everyday for 1-2 hours and use a resistance band to tone my triceps and biceps?
If not, how long do you think it would take to start seeing some form of results?
After 4-6 weeks though (if you're using the same workout) you will most likely hit a plateau where you won't see a whole lot of results after that point. Just make sure to change up your routine at least every 6 weeks! [ VannaTheStrange's advice column | Ask VannaTheStrange A Question ]
