basicly theres this guy who used to like e and i rejected him, now i like him and now hes way outof my leage and we never talk.
how to get him to like me again? (its been a few years)

and maybe he is out of your leauge now because you rejected him and he wanted to be liked so he stepped up his game.
My advice for you is never give up on what you want but dont be obsessive just cashually send him a cute and silly text and go from there.
When the right time comes explain to him why you rejected him and why it was a mistake but make sure thats days away from were you began talking to him again

but now a few years have past he may have moved on, or maybe not. when you like someone even if you do move on there will still be a soft spot for that person (you)
you need to look back and see what attracted him to you,
you need to make small talk, maybe talk a little on facebook or something,or say hi to him when he walks past ect. if he looks happy to see you and talks to you then he is interested, and he may always have that soft spot for you.
but if he does not like you then you must remeber not everyone loves everyone. and there will be others for you.
