what would you do if your ex said that he would kill himself if you didn't get back together with him? and completely means it. if he refuses to go to therapy and you've done everything you can but you don't want to be with him but definetly don't want him to commit suicide?

I agree with rainbowcherrie. You absolutely cannot get back with him just because he is threatening that- and you definitely should not be in a relationship with someone so unstable. Call an emergency number! Suicide is not a joke, and he should not be threatening you like that.

If you really think he's going to do it, call 911/999 (or whatever the applicable emergency services number is where you live) and tell them someone is threatening suicide.
You cannot let someone emotionally blackmail or guilt trip you into getting back together with them. If he's serious, get the authorities involved.
