He feels like he's arguing with himself?

Question Posted Wednesday June 16 2010, 11:58 pm

I was talking to a guy, trying to help him through some problems he was having, and he (sort of jokingly I think) said that I was too much like him and that he felt like he was arguing with his self? His exact words were something like "...you...you are the only person I can't argue with because I feel like I am arguing with myself. stop it! hehe." Is this a good thing? Like, I'm not TRYING to be like him. I'm just very honest and open with him and I guess we think a lot alike. So this would be a good thing right? Don't guys want girls that think like them?

I think you're reading into this far too much.

He obviously just feels comfortable talking to you, which is a good thing. Being on the same wavelength as someone is always good in relationships, whether they be friendships or more.

It doesn't necessarily mean he likes you as anything more than a friend (although he may well do), it just means you have similiar ways of thinking.
