how to get a shy guy talking.

so i like this guy luke. hes nice and hot but hes really shy lately hes been talking a little more, as hes gotten to know me. but i want to get to know him better and he makes it hard.
how do i get him wanting to talk or to atleast speack up. were in the same group... and the rest of us are crazy loud talkers... and i feel he backs away even though hes heaps talented and super nice.
suggestions?

Hello I think you should ask him to go out to the town with you or shops and then start talking or at school you could sit next to him at lunch and talk to him there are many ways you can talk to him just go for it
