Cheap digital cameras.

Does anyone know where I can find a cheap digital camera? I want to buy my mom one for her birthday but I have limited
money (100) and she doesn't need anything fancy.

I saw a really nice camera at Target yesterday that was only $89.99. It was decently priced, small/compact and cute. :)

Check out their site, or even check out Wal*Mart. Try looking at Best Buy too and ask around.
