Your BMI is in the overweight range at 25.9, so your best bet to lose your stomach fat is to lose weight in general because you are not at a healthy weight for your height. Losing weight is the only way that you'll lose your stomach fat. Cut out junk food, drink a lot of water, eat small meals, and don't exceed 1500 calories a day along with exercise to lose weight.
