how to do this girls make up

Uh. That doesn't look any more than red eyeshadow + eyeliner + mascara.

So put red eyeshadow on (lightly, you don't want your eyes bright red). Spread it past your eyelid but not all the way up to your eyebrow. Also, you should blend the edges so it's a soft fade. (I'd recommend getting another color of eyeshadow if you have really fair skin - it'll make you look sick)

Then get some black eyeliner and line the top lid of your eye, then the waterlines of the upper and lower lids. Also, feel free to drag the eyeliner a little past the outer corners of your eye. Be generous with the eyeliner, but not so generous that you look like a zombie.

Then get some black mascara and put it on.
