getting an MRI with contrast

Hi,
i need help really bad. Im shot a phobia so bad, but i have to get an MRI with contrast which means they stick n iv tube into you and that makes dye go into you. I don't want this at all, im terifed. while getting a regular shot i start crying and like having a panic attack. i need help i don't no what to do!

I don't really know what you're asking me.. but it's normal to be nervous. I get scared before getting shots too, but I just kind of tell myself that in a few minutes it'll be over and even if it hurts, it won't hurt forever lol. It always helps me calm down.
