When I am taking the placebo Birth Control pills, am I more likely to get pregnant? I have been on birth control for about 2 years now. When I'm on my period there is a week when I am not taking the birth control pills, but i'm only on my period for about half of that week. The other days when I"m not on my period, but not taking the pills...am I more likely to get pregnant if I have sex? I'm worried because I'm not taking the pill those days.

No, even though you're on your period for only a half week, the other pills they give you to take on your period are simply sugar pills. Nothing else of the sort. Their just to keep you on your schedule of taking the pills. You have absolutely nothing to worry about. Just make sure you continue to take the actual pills (: ]
You have nothing to worry about. You are just as protected on those days as you are the rest of the month. :) ]
