aloe vera

my mom has a lot of aloe vera plants in our garden.. i was wondering, is it good to use it on the face as a moisturizing mask before bedtime?? i want to use it fresh.. and what are its benefits?

Yes you can use it. It's especially handy for sunburns and other skin discomforts, but it also keeps skin soft and supple.
