I am 20 years old, girl.
I sweat a lot when i work out, and it is getting really annoying. I know it is a good thing, but I sweat so much more than most girls my age. It's mostly on my face and and neck. Is there anything i can do to stop sweating as much? It's not like im out of shape, I work out everyday. help please!
preferrably nothing that involves going to a doctor!
