help help. its driving me crazy!

ok well, my myspace, facebook, and even the page i am on right now just wont show color. or on the IMing thing, it woult sho emoticons or smiley faces. i dont know why my internet is like this but its driving me nuts. someone please tell me how to fix it!

I'm not sure but did you try hitting the butten to set thing try that it should say something about setting smiles and color that's all I can help you with and hope things get better 4 you
