Hymen breaking

Question Posted Wednesday April 21 2010, 2:47 pm

I've been fingered by my boyfriend many times, and I like it kind of rough..and the past couple times I have been bleeding afterwards. It's the first time Ive done this so I thought it was my hymen at first, but it has bled at least 3 or 4 times. I know it's not my period. I've heard that you can like partially break/tear it so it's not all the way broken, and then tear it more later? Is this true? When will it ever be totally broken and I stop bleeding? It's really annoying and embarrassing!

if you say you like it rough, then maybe he was being too rough with you and he accidentaly scratched the inner wall of your vagina. This is not good especially because it can lead to infections if his hands are not clean. Its how I got a UTI! Just wait a few days for it to heal, and next time have him be more gentle. If you're still bleeding after he does it gently, then you might want to get that checked out. Good luck!
