how can you tell if you are fat or normal for your age? i always have had a huge self confidnece problem and i think i am fat. i just want to know if i am..

for this question i did some looking around on the internet to get you the answer you wanted if you go to this web site there is a chart that says what you should weigh for your height ( [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) ) but me personally i don't think anyone is fat, skinny or whatever we were all made different for a reason and i think we should just learn to be happy with are self's but i understand for a lot of people its not that easy to do and that fine i always say do what makes you happy so if it will make you more happy to lose a couple pound then go for it but remember the person you are inside means so much more then the way you look outside. i hope that helped and wish you the best of luck cc
