after spring break i gained 7 pounds so i am trying to loose it plus more weight.
i have 800-1000 calories a day.
fiber1 for breakfast,
chicken for lunch
chicken with kasha for dinnner
those types of meals.
its been 2 weeks and i havent lost a pound.
i walk like crazy, thats the only exercise i have time for.
what should i do to loose the weight???
and why am i not loossing weight>
i never cheat on this diet.

Maybe give some free advice about: Nutrition? termpaperguide answered Tuesday April 27 2010, 3:50 am: It sounds like you have a good diet and excercise plan going on but some people just have trouble losing weight it doesnt mean your doing anything wrong. some women have to take pills to help them lose weight and theyre not even diet pills theyre pills that fix your hormones because sometimes that could be whats preventing you from losing weight. and yes my sister goes to zumba all the time and she is losing weight at a good pace. for your height i dont think 130 lbs is bad at all not trying to talk you out of losing weight but dont think that you have to because thats not a bad weight. hope this helps(: [ termpaperguide's advice column | Ask termpaperguide A Question ]

I will tell you why you're having trouble losing weight, but you have to believe me: you aren't eating enough!!! your body is literally starving and holding on to fat! it's a defense mechanism we have in our bodies. 1,200 calories is the lowest I would recommend going. Also, make sure you're getting enough protein because that will help you maintain your muscle mass! Your goal is to lose fat NOT muscle! let me know if you need more advice.
