good indie bands

Can somebody please give me a list of good indie bands? Don't worry about what I like, because I am looking for new music that I haven't heard before. So if you like it, please post it here and I will make sure to rate everybody I promise. Thank you!

Indie happens to be my favorite kind of genre. Try listening to some electro indie kind of thing. I like the Shiny Toy Guns and Passion Pit. Some of my other favorites are Modest Mouse, The Strokes, Silversun Pickups, The London Souls, Deadbeat Darling, Asa Ransom, Mon Khmer, Drew Nix, Hank & Cupcakes...need anymore let me know. I have plenty :)
