is there a special diet that models follow? I mean is there an actual "model diet" or do they all just do their own thing to stay skinny? Thank you for answering my question! :-)
Katlyn answered Thursday April 15 2010, 12:49 am: theres no model diet most just starve themselves and other have a very good healthy diet that works for this for example they exercise and diet. If your trying to lose weight then try exercising by running or working out on the tredmill or eliptical bike for about 15-30 minutes a day or until you burn atleast a hundred calories and then for diet just cut out fatty and sugary food and cut it out for a month but you can have a little something once a week to keep you motivated and this will for sure help you lose atleast 5-10 pounds in a month.
