Macbook randomly shuts down

Question Posted Monday April 12 2010, 8:12 am

My mac has been shutting down randomly, even if it has more than 50% left on the battery. It won't give me a warning like it used to ('You are now running on reserve power.' telling me my battery is at 2%)
What do I do?

OhMyLucyDarling answered Monday April 12 2010, 6:19 pm:
Do you have a charger for it? If not then you should probably look into getting one.

Also, If you don't already have one get a fan for it because the main reasons for laptops, Macbooks, notepads etc. dying most of the time are reasons due to heat damage to the hard drive

I had the same problem, I bought a fan and had no problem I even had the battery problem also. The fan did the trick
