okayy well i sit next to this guy in science and i think hes cute..hes always makin me laugh and we argue over everything but just teasing..whenever i turn to him i catch him lookin at me and then turning away to talk to some other guy..he smiles alot whenever he sees me and i smile a lot when i see him...do u think he likes me??

He probably thinks your cute and might like you, so try to get to know him better. Some guys are just super flirty and can be teases, so don't throw yourself at him too fast. Ask other girls if they know anything about him and see if he's a big flirt or not.
