Diet or no? when? im a skinny girl.
5'1 110 pounds.
however recently i just stoppoed watching my weight and have been eating really badly. like really bad.
now its spring break and im home. i dont need to be in a bikini or anything tight since im with my family (uuucchhhh!!! i no!!!)
during the holidy (passover) my fmaily makes the most unbelievably good food!!!! fatttteeeniingg everything.
im not sure if i should continue letting go and just eat all the crap food that my aunt makes. and then after the holidays start a diet.
or if i should stop eating like a pig now and diet.
just the temptatioon of my familys food will kill me.
what should i do?
im really starting to get fat... i feel it and see it and i hate it.

Technically it's not a diet. You just need to go back to eating well as opposed to poorly. Don't continue letting go until after the holidays because the longer it lasts... the harder it is to back on track. Get back to your old ways of eating as soon as possible or you'll likely wind up regretting it.
That of course doesn't mean that you can't eat the delicious crap food just don't eat too much of it. No matter how good it tastes.
I say this from personal experience. I thought for the weekend of my birthday I wouldn't pay as much attention to what I ate for once... I paid for that one with ten extra pounds in one weekend. Seriously, don't wait. ]
