So, there is this guys that really likes me..like alot. and i think he is really cute, but not my type really. now there is this other guy who is pretty much every girls dream guy, except for one thing! he is so cocky and kinda rude! i have kissed him before and i miss him alot. i want to be with him. but i dont want to hurt the guy who likes me alot.. ahh.. what do i do??

Listen, I know he may look like a cool drink of water (Carrie Underwood's words), but he's not a nice guy. You don't want to be with a guy who's cocky and rude, he will treat your badly. It may not seem like it now, but he will if you get together with him. These guys are only good for hurting girls, so I can't recommend him.
However, since you don't like the guy who really likes you, I think you should just be honest with him and let him know that he is very sweet and you are flattered, however, you do not share the same feelings as he does -- but you're love to be great friends.
