Do not use clorox on your hair. Your hair will most likely fall out if you do. It could also cause severe burns to your scalp and/or eyes. Use a product made specifically for bleaching your hair, which is a whole different thing from bleaching your clothes.
Keep in mind also if you have dark colored hair, and you were to attempt this, you would get many shades of orange hair and not the blonde you are probably going for.
