Theres tonnes there, so i cant really give you an exact website. If you are not talking about a bus as in the transport system, then god knows who can help. But also, im curious as to why you want one? because if its a one time thing, they're much easier to hire than buy? Google "double decker bus for hire". You've probabaly allready tried google-ing, but this questions been up for ages, so i though id give answering it a shot.
