Go to your drug store and pick up some cream for it. Abreva works the best in my opinion. It's under 20$ but it's still pretty expensive for a little tube.
You can conceal it with make up in the mean time (use green concealer over it to tone down the red, blend really well, and then place your normal colored concealer over it along with some foundation if need be. Set it with a powder.)
If you use the medication it should go away in around a week. If two weeks pass you should visit a doctor. Remember, don't pick at it! It could scar.
