LG Dare

On the LG Dare theres the option to have your phone read out who's texting you and what not instead of a ringtone and I want my phone to do that, hah but I got this phone from someone else and they turned it off.. So does anyone know how to turn that on ?

i found out how to get a text message read out by the phone?:
Text to Speech for Inbox Messages – press the little icon that looks like a face in the upper left corner of your inbox and the message will be read aloud by your LG Dare.
