how do you put in a tampon, visual?
I want to try using tampons but the whole concept scares me! Does anyone know of a site that has a visual instructions for inserting a tampon properly? It doesn't have to be an actual person doing it, drawings are just fine, so long as they are clear enough for me to understand how to do this properly. ;-)

try the instuctions in the box lol it took me about a year to realize they actually have directions with them:) oh and if you still have trouble try to use a hand mirror. goodluck. hope i helped.
