I am 17/f. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before, and it really scared me. Today, I had been sleeping on on the couch when my mom called me for dinner. So I woke up, waited about ten minutes or so to wake myself up before I got up to get my dinner. As I got up kind of quickly I got super dizzy, which happens alot to me, so It didnt concern me, but once I got to the kitchen I was ok again. Then I grabbed my plate on the counter, and thats when something really strange happened. I wasn;t in control of my mind. It was so weird. My mind thought that my plate of food was my phone, and I was pushing the food as I would the buttons on my cellphone. It was SOOO weird. I knew that it was my food and not my phone, but I couldn;t get my brain to control my actions. And even though it lasted about 20 seconds, that was a long time to not be in control of myself, so it scared the hell out of me, and I literally thought that I would be like that forever. I am freaked out that it will happen again so I was wondering if this has ever happened to anyone else??? Also, I dont have easy access to a doctor, but of course if its necessary I would go... thanks in advance!

Did you ask your mom or dad or anyone if they have been noticing any unusual behavior with you the past couple of days. you could get some information from them and then you could make arrangements to go and talk to the doctor about your dizzy spells..good luck but i am sure you are not alone when it comes to this.
