Well first of all dont think about it soo much, the more you stress out about it the harder it will be for you to get hard.
Have you tried letting the girl give you head/blow jobs? Also you could try dry humping?
It could be something more serious such as erectile dysfunction, I do not know much about this, but if you think this is the case then you should probably go see your doctor.
