One Ring of Power from Lord of the Rings (need help kinda fast).
Ok, haha. So, my boyfriend is a total nerd. Ever since he was a little kid, he's wanted the One Ring of Power from Lord of the Rings. Our anniversary is coming up in a few months and I really want to buy him one for a gift. I've looked ALL OVER the place and I can only find ones that are 100% gold and are like $500, or I can find the ones that are gold plated, but are meant to be worn on a chain so they only come in size 10 (my boyfriend's a size 8). If anyone would be willing to find something for me, I'd be ever grateful. Please, this would mean so much to him!

Can you buy a gold-plated ring and get it resized? I don't know what they look like so i don't know if it's going to mess up the design. Maybe you could take a picture of the ring to a local jeweler (not the big chains, they'll rip you off) and ask them if resizing would work.
Or maybe he'll actually wear it around his neck... that's what they did in the movie right?
