deep red
I want to dye my hair a deep red, i want it to be dark, but still tell that there is a red tint to it. i like mohagany hair colors and burgundy, but i DONT want anything too plum or purpley or like orange redhead. my hair is a light brown/ dirty blonde and I dyed my hair the exact same color as you want and it looks really pretty :) Its a brown but when a light or sun hits your hair, you see the red tone and people have told me that its really pretty and unique. this is what i use- revlon medium rich brown. color number-47. also you could try- loreal dark mahogany brown.

Try looking at auburn shades they are very dark with just a hint of red to them. It sounds like just what you need. Hope this helps, Todd the Gem Guy
