I've used several different kinds, including Crest, and they've all worked really well and I saw a noticeable difference within a few days. The only thing is that the strips tend to make your teeth very sensitive and I had to stop using them because I couldn't even breathe in because simply air hitting my teeth would kill. But I know some other people that it didn't bother them nearly as bad. But they do work! [ Marie34's advice column | Ask Marie34 A Question ]

You'll actually feel the gentle grit of the soda doing it's work! Plus it helps remove plaque!
Here comes step #2 try gargling with peroxide, I know it will feel gross at first and it will be foamy, but after one treatment of this, you'll be able to see a difference! Just be SURE not to swallow it, be sure to rinse your mouth with water after you spit. I've been doing this treatment for year's and have never even had to see the dentist except once (wisdom teeth) since I was 11 years old! I get lots of compliments on my teeth, people ask if I get my teeth bleached. (Technically peroxide does bleach your teeth!) Happy to help!
