Well you are going to have to trim it (hate to break it to you) BUT if you go to the salon ask the stylist to trim your hair, say "can you trim my hair in as little length as you can?"

Hi, Friend

As far as I know, there is not a way to get rid of dead ends without cutting them off. However, your best bet is to try to disguise those dead end. I recommend using John Frieda's Frizz-Ease Hair Protecting Serum. It should really help to hide those dead ends.

Good luck! :)
