shrinking jeans

like most people, after some time our jeans stretch out and aren't as perfect as they once were.. Is there any way on how to shrink my jeans? Its so stretched at the waist/hips and so it doesnt hug me anymore..

I too would suggest to put them in the tumble dryer. Keep taking them out every so often to check on them though or they might become too short/small for you!
Or you could try going to a tailer/dress maker where you live to see if they could do anything for you.
