it was her fault, we had witnesses. the situation is done and over with anyway but i wasnt exactly tboned either. first she smashed the front of the car, hit it so hard it spun the car around then she smashed the back. do you have experience in tboning or being tboned in vehicles or something? either way, HER light was red, mine was green.
No need to be so defensive, really. It just makes you look insecure about the facts of the matter.
Yes I do have experience with being damaged by another person's negligence.
If you ask a question and you give vague details about "someone" running a light, expect people to question it. Contrary to popular belief, people don't turn their brains off when they read questions here. ;-)
For the I don't know'th time, I am just glad you are all ok and that nobody died.
